# Transparency report

This document records what OxPulse — the operating entity behind this
repository and the partner-edge mesh — was asked to do and what we did
about it during the reporting period. We publish this annually so that
partners and users can verify our claims about minimal data exposure
and operator independence.

## Reporting period

2026-01-01 to 2026-12-31. First full report due 2027-01-15. This file
is the in-progress version, updated quarterly.

If we ever receive a National Security Letter that comes with a gag
order preventing this disclosure, the warrant canary in the next
section will reflect it.

### Warrant canary

As of 2026-05-02, OxPulse has not received any:
- National Security Letter
- FISA court order
- gag order requiring undisclosed compliance with surveillance demands
- request to insert a backdoor into source code or build artifacts

This canary statement is updated quarterly. Absence of an updated
statement after 90 days should be treated as a signal that the
canary has been triggered.
